• The Gathering: We will begin at the Trout Museum Cafe for a brief teaching and guidance to prepare your heart for the walk.

• The Journey: You will head out to the trails or a nearby scenic spot for personal, quiet reflection with provided prompts and content. 

• The Return: We will gather back at the Trout Museum to wrap up our time together.
