How often do we meet and where?
Spiritual Direction sessions tend to be scheduled once a month or as needed. Meetings can happen online or in person at Nicole's home office.
How is Spiritual Direction different from counseling or coaching?
Spiritual direction by nature is less directive than counseling or coaching. It offers a safe nonjudgemental space for deep listening to happen and spiritually engaging questions to be asked. Often the pace is more relaxed and calm which creates room for the Holy Spirit to gently nudge the direction of the conversation.
How long is a session?
Each session is 1 hour long.
Do I have to prepare anything?
While preparation is not necessary, most women like to come into a session with a thought on what they might want to share during that particular session time. Usually it is anything from current struggles or situations to joys and wonderings. Nothing is off limits.
Is Spitual Direction confiential?
Yes! Spiritual direction provides a confidentail experierince with the exception of anything shared that is causing harm to yourself or others that I would have legal obligation to share.
What if I find it's not for me?
No problem and no hard feelings! I would be happy to assist you in finding another director that might be a better fit if you are interested.
What is a typical session like?
Your first session will be a non-traditional spiritual direction session so I can get to know a little of your background. After that, a typical session begins with a pause of silence to reset and come into the meeting in a more relaxed fashion. Next, I will offer a prayer or reading of some sort and then the time is yours to share.

How much does it cost?
The standard fee for a one hour session is $75. Depending on your financial situation you are welcome to pay within the range of $50-$100. However, if finances are an issue, please contact me for more information.
